Combining intervals, circuits and a superset system kicking your calorie burn into overdrive well after you've left our class! Using plyometrics, resistance bands, Swiss balls and dumbbells our better than bootcamp approach will help you drop weight and gain confidence.



Full Body REHAB class

Focusing on conditioning, core strengthening, muscle strengthening and development, balance and coordination in every 60 minute class giving you the foundation for your fitness journey.
