Group Fitness Classes
Our Group training classes have been developed to meet the needs of all our clients combined. If you've never exercised a day in your life or you're looking for a high intensity workout designed to push you to the next level, our classes are for you! Men, women or teens looking to improve your quality of life through fitness, whether shedding weight or shredding abs! We teach the basics of fitness that guarantees results that you can be proud of.
Our 30 day challenge for the month of May at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Macomb is well under way.

Small Group Training
Small Group Training sessions are available. Classes can be customized to meet a common goal such as weight loss, marathon or event training, or speed and agility training. Call to discuss details of schedule and rates.
Personal Training sessions are available. Trainer to go . I will meet you at your home, office, parking lot, local park, or where ever we can to get your sweat on.
